Our MissionIn a world dark with the shadows and dangers of the unknown, innocent people are led like so many sheep to the slaughter everyday by the wolfs that prey on the innocence many people have of the complications of computer technology.
These wolves price gouge, they lie, they sell people things people do not need, they pretend what they have to sell is perfect, they wear flashy logos, they use stock photography of smiling pictures of friendly people who look nothing like anybody actually working there to lure people in, all to catch the next meal. To make it even worse, most of the time these wolves don't even have a clear understanding of the technology themselves, instead they only have a twisted need to feast and grow fat on the innocence the poor little sheep have about Technology. We feel that anybody trying to sell you something they they do not understand themselves is evil. They don't really care about people. They just want the money, and dont have the time or desire to really help you. This also tends to show up in customer service; Often we have known people be very mistreated at other hosting companies, simply because the provider did not know and did not care to find out what the problem really was, and was more interested in extracting every last cent out of the customer. We thought about this, as unfortunately dealing with the different tribes of wolves has been part of our job as we worked in the computer industry by day. As we learned that not everybody is motivated by a job well done, that not everybody belives in the keeping there word, we began to understand the the world is not always filled with Honest People, and grew saddened. "What the lambs need", we thought, "is a protector, a hero, somebody who knows the technology, and is willing to use the knowledge they have for good, somebody who really does care.". So now we have chosen to be that protector. We are the Computer Sheepdogs, ready and willing to help and protect by virtue of owning and operating all of our own equipment. With that in mind, Our biggest interest is in giving our customers low cost, secure, reliable, high quality, and flebible web hosting services. We do this because we believe in treating everybody - not just customers - with the same respect and honesty that we would with our personal friends. Our second objective is to support the others like us who feel this world could be better if only a Real Life Super Hero had the technology that he or she needed to be able to help, and because of this we fully support the Real/RLSH community.
